What we hold about people, and how to have it removed.
RevRush is run by Geovana Tech Solutions LLP, Ahmedabad, India. This page covers three groups: people our outreach contacts, our clients and their employees, and visitors to this website.
If you received an email or a LinkedIn message from one of our clients
We send outreach on behalf of our clients, to people at other businesses, about business matters. To do that we hold your name, job title, employer, business email address and, where available, the address of your public LinkedIn profile. These come from a professional contact database (Apollo).
We also read the public pages of your employer's website and keep notes on what the company does, each with the page it came from. We do not collect anything about you personally beyond your role, and we do not copy information from LinkedIn profiles.
To stop it: reply "no" to any message, or write to us through our contact page. You will not be contacted again by that client or by any other company we work for. We keep your address on a do-not-contact list for that single purpose, so that a later list cannot bring you back in.
To see or delete what we hold about you: write to us through our contact page and we will send it or remove it. If you ask for removal we keep only the do-not-contact entry.
If you reply, we keep your reply and our answer. Replies are sorted by software, and an answer may be drafted by software and checked by a person before it is sent. If you are sent a video, it is made with an AI avatar and voice of the sender, used with that person's consent, and the page it is shown on says so.
If you are a client, or an employee of a client
We hold the contact details of the person who manages the account, and for each employee taking part in posts: name, work email, job title and the short description the company gives us. We use these to write that employee's posts and to email them each week. An employee can be taken off the list at any time by their company or by asking us.
Every action in our system is written to a log that cannot be edited or deleted, so that we can show who did what and when.
If you are visiting this website
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If you log in, one cookie keeps you logged in for twelve hours. The contact page passes your name and brand name to our calendar provider when you choose a time; this website does not store them.
Who else handles the data
We use other companies to run the service. Each receives only what its job needs:
- Supabase: our database and file storage.
- Smartlead: sending email and receiving replies.
- Anthropic and OpenAI: writing and checking text, and making images for posts.
- Resend: the weekly email to employees.
- Cal.com: booking calls.
- HeyGen: making avatar videos, where a client uses them.
- Unipile: LinkedIn messages, where a client has given written consent.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not pass one client's data to another.
