Six posts a month: what that asks of your team
The usual worry about employee posts is time. People are hired to do their jobs, and writing about the job is a second job. Our answer is that your team should spend minutes on this, not hours, and should never be surprised by what appears under their name.
What an employee does
On Monday at nine in the morning, each employee gets one email with that week's posts: the date and time for each, the text, and the image where there is one. They copy the text, attach the image and publish from their own account.
That is deliberate. We do not log in to your employees' accounts or publish for them. A post that a person publishes by hand is one they have at least read.
What we need from the company
A list of the employees taking part, with their roles; the themes your company wants to be known for; and who you are trying to reach. From that we plan six posts per person per month, three in text and three with a designed image.
Once a month there is a thirty-minute call with the person on our team who approves your posts. If something reads wrong, you raise it from your dashboard and it goes to that same person.
What to expect
We are a new service and we will not quote you results from other companies, because we have none to quote yet. What we can say is what you will get: the posts, on time, checked, in each person's own voice as closely as we can manage from what you tell us about them.
If you would like to see this applied to your company, we can go through it on a call.
